We can only accept pets for boarding if they are in good health and you produce a vaccination card confirming your pet’s inoculations are up to date. All pets must have been vaccinated more than 2 weeks before their stay. Dogs must have been vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis and parvo virus. Cats must have been inoculated against feline enteritis and cat flu.
If any animal falls ill during its stay we reserve the right to call the vet and all cost will be borne by you. Any current or ongoing problems with a pet’s health or temperament must be notified to us at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any pet that we consider to be of unreliable temperament or sick at the start of boarding. All pets should have been wormed recently.
Owners are liable for any damage inflicted on staff or property by their pet.
If any animal is found to have fleas the owner will be responsible for the costs of treating the animal and surrounding environment.
It is emphasised that while every care and attention is given to each pet boarded with us it is boarded entirely at the owner’s risk, as are pets sharing accommodation. Should we feel the need to separate them in the interest of the animals own safety a relevant charge for the extra accommodation will be levied.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to customer’s belongings. Any soiled or destroyed bedding will be disposed of.
We reserve the right to dispose of animals not collected with 14 days of the stated departure date if there is no communication from the owners or guardian and efforts to contact the owners fail.
